Warranty:
All components of the sauna are protected for a period of 12 months, with the exception of light bulbs. In the event of a damaged light bulb upon delivery, customers are advised to promptly contact our
customer support for assistance.
Refund Policy:
We believe in the exceptional quality of our saunas. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within the first 100 days. Simply reach out to us, and we'll assist you in processing the refund. Once approved, the funds will be dispersed back to you within 2-7 business days.
Delivery Policy:
Our nationwide delivery is facilitated through a network of over 100 reliable freight carriers. We strive to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. After your Hot Box has been built, you'll receive a tracking number. Our logistics provider will contact you to set an appointment for delivery within a few days of receiving tracking information.
