Welcome to The Hotbox Sauna, where your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Rest assured, your journey with The Hotbox Sauna is designed to be as relaxing as the moments you'll spend in our saunas. Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.


All components of the sauna are protected for a period of 12 months, with the exception of light bulbs. In the event of a damaged light bulb upon delivery, customers are advised to promptly contact our customer support for assistance.

Refund Policy:

We believe in the exceptional quality of our saunas. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within the first 100 days. Simply reach out to us, and we'll assist you in processing the refund. Once approved, the funds will be dispersed back to you within 2-7 business days.

Delivery Policy:

Our nationwide delivery is facilitated through a network of over 100 reliable freight carriers. We strive to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. After your Hot Box has been built, you'll receive a tracking number. Our logistics provider will contact you to set an appointment for delivery within a few days of receiving tracking information.

Cancellation Policy:

You have complete control over your purchase. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed promptly, with funds returning to you within 2-7 business days.
