Welcome to The Hotbox Sauna, where your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Rest assured, your journey with The Hotbox Sauna is designed to be as relaxing as the moments you'll spend in our saunas. Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Warranty:

All components of the sauna are protected for a period of 12 months, with the exception of light bulbs. In the event of a damaged light bulb upon delivery, customers are advised to promptly contact our customer support for assistance.

Delivery Policy:

Our nationwide delivery is facilitated through a network of over 100 reliable freight carriers. We strive to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible. After your Hot Box has been built, you'll receive a tracking number. Our logistics provider will contact you to set an appointment for delivery within a few days of receiving tracking information.

Cancellation Policy:

You have complete control over your purchase. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, and we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed promptly, with funds returning to you within 2-7 business days.

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to start the return process.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee helps us cover the costs of processing and inspecting returned items.

Shipping Costs:

Returns will require freight shipping via LTL. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we can assist with scheduling a pickup. If you need more than just having the pallet picked up, let us know, and we can coordinate white glove pickup and packing services. Please return items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

How to Return:

Reach Out to Us: Contact our Customer Support Team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Ship It Back: Ship the return to the address provided by our Customer Support Team, including the RA number on the package for easy identification. We can assist with scheduling LTL freight shipping.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Confirmation and Refund: We’ll notify you by email once your refund is processed. Refunds will be issued via check, so please ensure we have your correct mailing address.
